Diversity Experience Training
Working in the Public & Private sector for many years we have developed bespoke
interactive “experience learning” seminars which puts the delegates in the shoes of people
from minority groups in order to give them a life changing moment facilitating changes in the
way they think, feel & behave.
We cover all angles of diversity training from Race, Religion, Gender, Sexual Orientation, Transgender, Age & Disability.
Our training programmes have been designed drawing from 20 years of research in our field & all trainers have been carefully screened & selected for their first hand knowledge & experience of their subject area.
Our courses are designed to remove the “Nervousness” around diversity through better
understanding.
Courses start from £100 per head per day & can be tailor made to cover all aspects or individual units of the diversity circle. Courses can vary from 1 – 3 days depending on the results of a needs analysis study.
(Max. 15 delegates per session)
On completion the delegates will receive a certificate to say they have achieved the following:-
1) Understand the varying groups within Diversity.
2) History of Black & Minority Ethnic (BME) migration & Government Legislation.
3) Challenged stereotypes.
4) Changing behaviour based on perception.
5) The “Diversity Sensitivity Quadrant”
